All appointments are conducted in a professional, confidential setting. The goal is to create a comfortable space where you can openly discuss your concerns and work toward improved mental health and stability.

• Complete all intake forms before the appointment
• Have a list of current medications
• Think about your main concerns or symptoms
• Consider any questions you may want to ask
Beginning mental health care can feel like a big step. The first appointment typically includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This evaluation helps establish an accurate diagnosis and determine the most appropriate treatment approach.
Initial psychiatric evaluations typically last 45-60 minutes, allowing adequate time to review your history and concerns in detail.
Follow-up appointments are generally shorter and focus on monitoring symptoms, treatment progress, and medication response.
Treatment decisions are collaborative, and your questions and preferences are always considered.
At the end of the appointment, we will review recommended treatment options, which may include:
• Medication management
• Supportive psychotherapy
• Lifestyle and wellness strategies
• Educational resources to support your progress
